🛍️ General Return Policy

At Doctor Pets Wala, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure all our products and services meet your expectations. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy will guide you through the process.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return is requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is available (invoice or order ID).
  • Applies only to non-perishable and non-live products (accessories, dry food, equipment, etc.).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Live animals (fish, birds, reptiles, etc.)
  • Opened or used food products or supplements
  • Custom-made setups (aquariums, paludariums, etc.)
  • Grooming and hygiene items (unless damaged in transit)
  • Vet consultation fees and digital services

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes inspection.
  • If approved, refunds are initiated within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed through bank transfer after confirmation.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • In the case of unavailability, a refund or store credit may be offered.

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, call, or email with your order ID and issue details.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged/incorrect).
  3. Wait for our support team to verify and authorize the return.
  4. Ship the item back (or we’ll arrange pickup where applicable).
  5. Once received and inspected, we will initiate the refund or exchange.

❗ Important Notes

  • Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Doctor Pets Wala reserves the right to refuse any return request that doesn’t meet our policy conditions.
  • For live animals, we do not offer refunds or returns, but we do provide guidance and support for their well-being post-purchase.
